Talent Development and Succession Planning

I have led efforts in all phases of succession planning,performance development, employee engagement, High-Potential Programs, High-Potential Technical Programs, Intern Program design and deployment and employee internal redeployment program.

  • Led HR to design and implement Performance Management Systems for global companies (Applied Materials, Lam Research)
  • Partnered with executives and HR Partners to implement and manage Gallup Employee Engagement Program which included employee surveys, manager meetings, engagement goals, Strengths Finder, etc. (Granite)
  • Directed and partnered with Executives and engineers to design and manage a Global High-Potential Technical intern program (Lam Research)
  • Directed and partnered with engineering leadership to redeploy an entire division of technical talent when product line was closed (Lam Research)
  • Developed and managed succession planning, leadership development and practicums. (Granite Construction,Applied
  • Managed change management of RIF, became critical partner for HR Manager at last minute to lead and implement notices (Applied Materials)
