LAURA ERKENEFF has trained in over 50 industries, 8 countries, and 30 leadership development topics, helping people to become more productive and create healthy, growing and productive work cultures.

She has built and led 3 Learning and Organizational Development Departments and created 2 consulting business. Her book, #Risk Management, was used by CISCO to onboard new employees and fast track their orientation.

As a volunteer for the Clean Tech Open, Laura assisted in developing the “MBA Weekend” curriculum design and mentored in sustainability.

Laura holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
